We can plan ahead to keep our stress levels lower, protect our mental well-being, and preserve our own mental well being during the added activities of the holidays.
Members of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) have created a list of 59 ways to lower your stress level as a plan for the holidays and long winter season.
Families who live with mental health conditions have contributed these practical ideas to help each other cope, lower stress and experience more joy and wonder.
